Hi, I have a problem importing my canvas app to a powerapp per app tenant. That you know there are limitations with powerapp per app, to import licenses created with another tenant?
Thanks
Solved! Go to Solution.
The per app license can be used to run an app, but it doesn't apply until the app is shared and used. So you can't use a per app license to import the app. But someone with a regular seeded license from Office 365 should be able to import the app. Or someone with a per user license or a trial.
Can you explain a bit more about the problem you are having? The process would be to import the app and then allocate per app licenses to it in the new tenant. You can't import the app with licenses included.
Hi, I try to explain better With my tenant etosweb.onmicorosft.com which is powerapp for app, I made an app and exported it to .zip file When I try to import this app, in a new tenant canaris.onmicrosoft.com, it gives me an error that I attach in the screenshot If, on the other hand, with the new tenant I create a trial type user, it makes me import my app correctly. Question: why does this happen? And if one day I have to re-import my app because I have made changes, will I be able to do it? Thanks for the support
Could you please cut and paste the error message in a reply? I don't speak your language and can't translate a screenshot. But I suspect the problem is that you don't have a valid license in the environment where you are trying to import the app. You must have a suitable Power Apps license to be able to import the app.
