Import / export service not working and can't edit forms in Chrome and Edge

I've already two tickets open with Microsoft support folks, and due to incompetent TCS support professionals, am in a bad situation. Tickets have been in open state since 3+ weeks.


Here are two problems am facing and here are the service ticket IDs: 120072123002000 & 120071523002665



Using Community edition for Power Apps.

Using Windows 10 64-bit as my local OS. 

Chrome is preferred browser. Other browsers installed are Edge and Firefox.

My computer is personal and is not governed by any Enterprise policy.

Not using any VPN tools.


Problem 1

Any form for Canvas app can't be edited in Chrome / Edge browser.

When console log is checked, I can see that iframe for is blocked.

This works fine in Firefox though.

This is consistent on 3 different computers I used, including 1 Azure Windows 10 VM.


Problem 2

Can't use import / export service and it throws error.

This is consistent across multiple locations and all browsers.
