Importing data as part of your powerapp, Barcode Scanner, unique files

Ok so this'll be fun to explain.

 

I have a new excel file everytime I do a new project, the Project Manager will create this file with a column detailing "manufacturer", "model" and leave the "Serial Number" column blank.

What I want to do is create an app using the barcode scanner whereby on the first screen of the app I can select that file from sharepoint and import the data of the Manufacturer and Models, I then want to select them (From within a gallery I assume) and scan the serial number to then complete that cell and repeat until the entire form is complete.

Is this possible?

You cannot import data from excel related connection while playing one app. You need to add the connection while editing the app and the connection would be static in the app. If you need this feature, please consider to add an idea in below forum:
