Hello,
I have shared an app with a co-worker and given him "user" access. After he clicked "Open the app" from the email he received, he kept getting the "infinite loop" error. Any idea why is this happening to him?

Hello - while our issue has gone away, we couldn't determine what has exactly fixed it. We've followed the suggested solution and fixed the settings in the web browsers as well as making changes on security roles.

Did the infinite loop go away before making the changes or after making the changes?
