Initiating a Business Rule (or Flow) in a Model Driven App using a Button?

I am exploring whether I can initiate a business rule (or a Power Automate flow) from a Model Driven App using a button in a form.

If I think about how the Sales Pipeline process works in Dynamics CRM (or Sales Hub which was the particular trial I reviewed) then there is an Entity called 'Leads' which has fields for both Contact Name and Account Name.  If I click on the 'Qualify' button on the toolbar, then I am guessing there is a Business Rule that runs in the background which posts the Account Name and/or the Contact Name to their respective tables.

That is very useful functionality to know how to use in my own Model Driven App.  Can someone point me at a resource to see how that could be done?  When I go into form design in MDA's there doesn't seem to be any facility to add a button to a form that could drive an 'on-click' event to run the Business Rule (or Process) .  There certainly doesn't seem to be any way at all of configuring a tool bar.

I have reviewed the Business Rules documentation and the conditions seem to run off a field being updated, rather than any other kind of event.

Can anyone help?
