Can you please let me know if we can insert a URL to Power Apps which is clickable.
for example the link as below, which can be clickable:
I dont want to add a lable and then use Launch() function which help click on the lable.
You can use "HTML Text" control to show the URL.
You can format your text with HTML tags in the HTMLText property of the above control.

I don't completely follow your question. Why would you not want to use a label and to call the Launch function, which is a standard way to do this?
The alternative would be to add an HTML text control to your screen and to construct your hyperlink using HTML.
