Insert name from AD or Office

Hi all,

I'm currently working on a visitor check in application thanks to PowerApps. I would like the visitors to choose their host by typing the name in a field.
The idea is that when they type the first letters of the name, the field proposes names.

Is it possible with PowerApps ?
Thanks in advance,

Martin

Yes, it's possible. You need to use combo-box control for that.

Also, if you are saving all the data in a sharepoint list you could simply add a "Person" column type in the list and when you use that field in powerapps it will show up as a combo-box, where the visitor can type the host name(which i assume is an employee within the company) and as they start typeing it will show a matching list of employees.

Sorry for being generic in the explanation.

If you want more details about implementing it, feel free to ask.

Thanks
