Re: Integrate PowerBI with Powerapps

@Santosh_143 For integrating your PowerBI report into PowerApps, you can use the PowerBI tile control in PowerApps:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-power-bi-tile

AFAIK PowerBI doesn't support Sharepoint as a DirectQuery data source, meaning the report will not be "live", and you will need to configure a periodic refresh interval for your dataset, or alternatively explore using a Directquery supported data source if Live data is a requirement.

Re: Integrate PowerBI with Powerapps

Hi @Santosh_143 ,

Do you want to embed Power BI Report into canvas app?

Regarding the needs that you mentioned, I agree with @puluthra 's thought almost. The Power BI Tile control could achieve your needs. Please check and see if the following video resource could help in your scenario:

In addition, the SharePoint list connection is not an Direct Query connection or Live Connection. So the changes you made to your data source itself would not take effect immediately in your Power BI Report directly. You need to configure a specific Schedule Interval to your Power BI report, then refresh your Report in specific interval frequency.

If you want your Power BI report to be refreshed automatically once any changes made to your data source itself, please consider replace your data source into a Direct Query connection data source.
