International Phone Numbers

Our international team has experienced an issue when trying to download and use the PowerApps mobile app for the first time. The app asks them to enter their phone number and the field is preceded by a (+1) which is incorrect for their location. I am in the US and was not asked to enter a phone number when initially signing into the app. Does anyone know why we would have different experiences or how to fix?

Hi @meganschu,

 

When first open PowerApps studio mobile app, it will ask for the AAD credentials, and if your organization has configured Multi-factor Authentication, then after you specify your AAD Account and Password, it will offer you choices for a phone call or receiving a text messages, there should be no requirements to enter the Phone numbers.

Use PowerApps on a phone or a tablet

Would you please share a screenshot on the mobile device regarding the input for a Phone number information?

In addition, based on what I know, currently there is no phone number input controls available within PowerApps, so this should not be an issue with the app created under PowerApps.
