Is anyone else having issues with elements(like containers) that have a visibility toggle taking the focus ahead of items that are currently visible?
This started happening about a week ago to me. I have a pop-up container that has visibility set by a variable that toggles from true<>false. Since it is a pop-up, it is the top-most element on the screen. As of last week, when I try to edit elements lower down on the screen(that are always visible), I can no longer do so by just clicking the item. It will always click the top most element on the screen(the invisible pop-up).
Any idea what has happened?
so this has to do with editing in maker mode, not running the app?
I've seen that to, and when I have a lower item to edit, I go to tree view and click something close to the item I want to edit, or that item itself and then I can select it.
I don't think that changed recently--I've had to do that for a while.
this is a big reason why you should name your controls and components consistently, as you can search for them in the tree view.
Yes, this is while editing the app.
I get the logic of consistent naming conventions and we abide by that, but it is definitely something that has broken. We have full screen pop-ups that were not blocking(while invisible) the underlying visible elements up until recently. It is much quicker to make updates by clicking the item on the screen as opposed to searching for it in a very large app.
