Hi@RoterDrache92,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to create an environment in a China region?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario, do you purchase the PowerApps from Microsoft directly?

Customers in China have two options from which to select how they want to access customer engagement apps.

  • Services operated by 21Vianet in China - 21Vianet operates and offers Common Data Service services in China. This option also meets the demands of customers who prefer to use online services provided by a local company that stores their data within China. These services are subject to Chinese laws.

  • Services operated by Microsoft – This option is for customers that prefer to use services managed and delivered by Microsoft.

Combine that with the screenshot you provided, it seems that you purchase the services operated by Microsoft. For all new customers and existing customers, if the customer purchases Microsoft Azure, customer engagement apps, and Office using an Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft 365 and/or customer engagement apps can co-exist on the tenant.

Under this service, you could use the existing regions Microsoft provided to create an environment directly. The existing regions are the ones shown in your screenshot.

Simply put, if you want to create an environment where the region is china in your existing Microsoft-provided service, it's impossible.

For more details, you could check the following official docs:

Hope it could help.
