Hi

I get the document ID from a parameter to my PowerApp.

Can I get the filename from this ID ? (preferable NOT with Flow)

Thanks

You can add your Sharepoint List Document Library as a data source and then based on the returned DocumentID you can lookup for specific file name.

Expression Used:
LookUp(Documents,ID = Value(Label1.Text)).'File name with extension'

Hope this Helps!
