Is it possible to join two different DataSource's to a table?

I have a table which is pulling data from one source, and I want to add another column from two other data sources.

Is this possible if so, any guidance would be appreciated.

You would use the AddColumns and LookUp functions to do that.

Kindly show a sample screen shot of the tables and the expected result.

Two tables, two different data sources.

Expected result would be to join the status and reason table along with the data to the ID and Name table.

ID

Name

Status

Reason

Do the 2 tables have any common column? The screen shot does not indicate that.
