Is it possible to publish a powerapp SharePoint list form from one SharePoint list to another?

I always do my development work on a SharePoint development site. And later move it to a new SharePoint production site for the client. So all the customizations are first tested on dev site and then moved finally to prod site.

I was wondering if I create a powerapp sharepoint list form on my dev site, then later will it be possible to move it to a prod sharepoint site?

Or if complete rework would be required?

At this time there isn't a way to move or copy a SharePoint list PowerApps custom form. I am pretty sure the PowerApps team is aware of this need but I didn't find anything in the PowerApps Ideas for product feedback, so I added the Idea. Feel free to go and vote on the idea to help give it more visibility.

Just as @Jeff_Thorpe mentioned, there is no way to copy or move the customized form integrated with SharePoint list, and there are threads talking about it:

For example:

Powerapps module for sharepoint template.

Please consider vote the idea up.
