Is there a creative way to write an "in" statement that is delegable?

I am looking for a single basic filter/search or whatever that would get me a list based on the text string given to be "in" or "contained" with in a column.

Data Source: Sharepoint List

Statements that work, but delegable:

It underlines "Title" in blue.  Is there another way to do this?

I know using "in" is not delegable, that is what led me to "search".  My sharepoint list is over 2,000 items.  I believe I need delegable statements to have this work properly.

Any other creative ways?

Unfortunately, I am unable to use Startswith() for this one.  I think that one works... but I need search throughout the string.

Hi @martinav,

May I know the reason why you need to use in instead of StartsWith? You can use the in function to find a string in a data source, such as a collection or an imported table. The in operator identifies matches regardless of case. The StartsWith function tests whether one text string begins with another. So did you mean that your search string would not be one text string begins with another?

Re: Is there a creative way to write an "in" statement that is delegable?

Hello @v-monli-msft,

Thank you for your reply.  Unless I understand it incorrectly, where I use "in" I need to search the entire text for the search criteria.  An example:

Title="ADJUSTMENT SCREW ASSEMBLY"

I need this to return when I do a search for "SCREW".  I do not believe StartsWith() will do that.

Correct?

Thank you.
