Is there a way to append file in SharePoint document library using PowerApps?
I have a Powerapp and i upload CSV files in the PowerApp and that gets deposited in Sharepoint using MS flow. But the problem here is when i try to append the file (try to upload CSV file of the same name) the MS flow fails.
My case scenario here is :
1) If i upload a new CSV the flow should accept the file and deposit in Sharepoint - (Which is running smoothly)
2) If i upload a CSV file which if already existing in SharePoint library then the latest file should get replaced with the already existing CSV.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.
The easiest way would be to use a Power Automate flow to delete the file and upload the replacement.
The following walkthrough has an example of how to use a flow to upload files from Power Apps. You would just need to check for the file's existence and add a Delete file action before creating the new file.
This post shows how to check if a file exists in SharePoint
