Is there a way to move fields in a gallery based on the location of previous field?

I might have asked this question oddly. Above I have a gallery record. The campaign details portion is made up of a label and a HTML text box. In this case there is only a little bit of text in the HTML field. In other cases there might be several lines. I want to avoid having the user scroll. I was thinking I could use auto height on the HTML field but that ends up overlapping the fields below. Is there a way to reposition the all of the proceeding fields so they have a Y value that starts X pixels from the bottom of the HTML field set to auto height?

Hi @Future_Vision 

You have to do some math here, set this formula in your fields for Y position Previousfield.Y + Previousfield.Height + 10
