Is there any difference between choosing to store data from Powerapps in spreadsheets and SQL database ? What are the pros / cons and limitations ?

I'm studying Powerapps and wondering should I store its data in spreadsheets or SQL database. What are the pros and cons from each of them and what are the limitations if it is to be used with powerapps ? Thank you in advanced for any incoming answers 🙂

Here's a quick pros and cons of each method... also, why not try SharePoint?  Its free, fast enough, and has built in security with O365.

Excel
+ free
- cannot read more than 2,000 records into an app (delegation)
- slow performance with multiple users

SQL
+ unlimited records can be read into app

+ fast

- must pay $10 per user per month
