For most of my past queries, I have not gotten a satisfactory or any answer.
However, support

seems to be only available as documentation, or links to this forum.

Is there any kind of "advanced"/"second level"/etc support which might be able to give me some answers to some of the seemingly more involved questions that have popped up for me while using PowerApps?

You can get some more support by raising a support ticket. In the link that you mentioned, click the 'Create support ticket' button.

The PowerApps Support part (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/) is a good place where you could get a proper workaround when you have something issue in using PowerApps.

If you still could not fix your problem through PowerApps Support part (via Documentation, Ask the Community, etc), you could consider take a try to submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:
