Issue reporting cannot be installed

Hello,

I faced to a problem that I cannot install Issue reporting anymore. During installation I got an error that something went wrong: "The package with id '81b019d4-fbc2-4962-89ef-71ec44f4b3f8' failed to install. Tps error message if provided: ''. Installation operation id 'a5649cab-1671-4264-b862-cee06db22ca6'. Correlation id is '289b332f-09e2-4286-a6bf-46755b742681'." See the attachment.

I created new test channel where I tried to install and got the same error. I tried to install the app at new test team - it works. So, something wrong with our team but what?

We cannot move to new team due to the issue, please help!

Sounds like you already have Issue Reporting installed in the Team.

Are you trying to upgrade it?

When did you originally install it?

We have seen some folks have issues with upgrades. The app is part of a solution which is installed into a Team, as as a Dataverse for Teams environment. You won't be able to install it twice.

I had it but I deleted it yesterday. I am sure that I do not have it anymore. Alone channel does not contain related to issue reporting tabs. I also checked Power Apps installed apps - there is nothing.

I am so confused...

Are you managing/pinning apps from the Dataverse for Teams "admin" screen? You don't add it to channels the way that you add regular power apps. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/teams/create-first-app

No, I have not heard about dataverse before your post.

I do not know what happened but I do not have the error what I have in the beginning. Now installation takes much more time and progress bar is filled by ~80% but it stops there.

And the same situation with other test teams where I'm trying to install Issue Reporting app.
