I don't know if the solution was already posted but I solved the issue by going to the list settings. In the Column section you will see three columns. Column(click to edit)-------------------------Type--------------------Required. The issue I had is that I had the Title column but I was not using it. I had it unselected on the view but that column was still active. Here you can click on the Title field and when it takes you to the porperties of the Title field you uncheck required and that solved the issue. I had unselected in power apps but that did not help. I had to go the list settings and make sure that the Title column does not have the required option checked and not being used. If you are using it and don't populate you may have this complication.
I was creating a powerapps app from a SPO list but I had my Title column in PA hidden or not selected in powerapps and the Title column was required. Either you rename the title column to your liking or uncheck it as a required column but if you don't use it in powerapps and it is required it is going to give you that error. Hopefully, this helps you.
