Issue to Microsoft Lists customized with Power Apps

Hello,

I tried to customize a form of a Microsoft Lists; I have something like this:

but when I click on Integrate->Power Apps->Customize forms I have this screen

so only 2 fields and not the other; I also tried with another account and another list and also obtained something similar, in that case only 1 field.

The question is: why?
