Issue with Texbox value in Edit Form Powerapps

Hi

i have a strange issue in Edit form of PowerApps connected to SharePoint list. After saving an item to SP list, and when i try to edit the same item, the textbox in the form populates with the value of the previous sharepoint list item i have updated/opened for a few seconds and then immediately shows the actual value. Due to this gallery control in my form is failing as it loads items based on the previous value which is in-correct.

what needs to be done to solve this issue?

I have checked the update and default property of the controls  ProjectName.Text and (Thisitem.ProjectName) .

Re: Issue with Texbox value in Edit Form Powerapps

Hi @mahesh_mohan ,

I've made a similar test but not met the sam problem like your description.

Could you show me more details about your problem ,like the screenshoots, or settings of the gallery and edit form, etc?

Re: Issue with Texbox value in Edit Form Powerapps

Hi @v-yutliu-msft

I am using a custom Form connected with a sharepoint list.
I am binding the textbox in the edit form using lookup function of that particular item (Set(varcurrentItemInfo,LookUp(ProjectCollection, ProjectName=ProjectNametb.Text)); ) and default value as varcurrentItemInfo.ProjectName
but when the edit form opens up, first it bind the textbox value from the previous item which was updated /opened earlier for a second and then it displays the new value from varcurrentItemInfo object.

Re: Issue with Texbox value in Edit Form Powerapps

Hi @mahesh_mohan,

That's indeed a little strange.

I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.

Please try to clear your browser's cache and update it to the latest version.

Also, the network's condition may also affect this.

If the problem still exists, I will report this problem to my product team.
