Issue with editing SharePoint Items after converting InfoPath to PowerApps

I recently converted an InfoPath form to PowerApps and added some functionality.

When the InfoPath form connected to this SP list, users would edit the list (through created views) and the InfoPath form would pop up in edit mode for that specific item. Now the PowerApps form pops up in new mode. I tried changing the URL from “DispMode” to “EditMode” but nothing changed.

The PowerApp form has added functions. Previously the InfoPath form was just for one SP list, but now the PowerApp has an initial screen that routes the user to different forms that connect to different SP list. I am not sure if this is relevant but I thought I would add.

Re: Issue with editing SharePoint Items after converting InfoPath to PowerApps

Hi @kywest,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. When I change the Form URL from "DispForm" to "EditForm", the custom form works well.

The "DispForm" URL link as below:

https://xxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/PowerApps/Lists/20181119_case13/DispForm.aspx?ID=1&pa=1&e=9tadX8

The "EditForm" URL link as below:

https://xxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/PowerApps/Lists/20181119_case13/EditForm.aspx?ID=1&pa=1&e=9tadX8

Please check the attached GIF screenshot for more details:

Please take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try your custom form again, check if the issue is solved.

In addition, please also consider take a try to remove the custom form from your PowerApps, then re-create a new custom form for it, check if the issue still exists.
