I have an app which triggers 7 flows on a button , i have used concurrent func() in the button . now the problem is one of the flow is collecting data into a collection with more than 15k records.. this slows down the app alot. if i remove this collection the app works faster.. how do I increase the performance using this collection as well.
Is it like the flow is still executing and takes time to complete?
"now the problem is one of the flow is collecting data into a collection with more than 15k records."
Would you please let me know how the collection would be passed into Microsoft Flow, is the parameter passed as a whole string, or as each record within a forall seperately?
Besides, if here you mean the Flow execution performance, I am afraid it is not available to change within PowerApps.
As the collection within the App, the performance should be much better when working with the data source directly.
For performance consideration, see:
hi @v-micsh-msft , It is passed as a whole string. and then in on start function , i have a function like below
Emp_Dir_Query.Run("select * from [dbo].[Active_Directory_COE] where BUSINESS_UNIT_CD in 'AUT','CIV','CRP','DIV','IND','TSG')")
Interested in knowing if you were able to resolve/circumvent your performance issues processing that big collection and how. Would you mind sharing if you did?
Thanks in advance.
