Issues with MIxed Reality Component

Good Day, I am trying the Mixed reality Component to Measure and When I execute it and push the button I have the message " Move your cell to left and then to the right" I do that but I do not get the little dots and the measure components. Is there something else I am missing. I just testing the basics, so I only have the MIx reality button on a canvas. Thks in advance for your help.
