Hey all
I am trying to create a Connection to JIRA in MS FLOW and PowerApps but in Flow I am getting
this:
Something went wrong. Please try again later.
and in PowerApps I am getting this:
{ "error": { "code": 401, "message": "Please check your credentials and try again. .... some html .... <title>Unauthorized (401)</title><p>Encountered a <code>"401 - Unauthorized"</code> error while loading this page.</p>\n Basic Authentication Failure - Reason : AUTHENTICATED_FAILED "source": "europe-001.azure-apim.net", "path": "choose\\otherwise", "clientRequestId": "0fc0ddf9-63a9-4841-8cca-e79e15e9ce34" } } Sessie-id: 6e17fb1f-a0bc-4fe0-95b8-fd2243364f13
Note that I am admin on JIRA.
The instance I am trying is: https://jira.domainName.com
username is my account email address
and I have created an API token as well on https://id.atlassian.com/manage
Any suggestions please?
Thank you.

@Anonymous After investigating with Microsoft it seems that the connection to On Prem server and its authentication is not supported anymore since July and there is NO alternative ...
Hi @Dimitri-VDL ,
Could you tell me what's your region?
Since JIRA is just Premium connector in Flow and PowerApps, it still has many limits.
For now, the JIRA connector is only supported in the region of US Government (GCC).
Other region is not supported to connect with it.
Here's a doc about it:

Hey
I'm from Belgium (Europe), no limitiations that I am aware of.
Thanks for the suggestions. Anything else that might cause this?
Hi @Dimitri-VDL ,
I'm sorry I entered the wrong message. Correct what I just said, the jira connector is suppored in all region except US government.
Here're some other tips that may cause this error, you could refer this:

No problem
The issue is that I can't even create the connection, it fails at that particular action.
So there is not yet a flow or a connection that uses this. I am trying to create a Connection.
I tried this in the connections pane as well as in the Flow and PowerApps.
I have checked internally and there is nothing that blocks the access to JIRA, I can access the web url myself without a problem.

Hi Phoebe
Can you let me know if the power apps to on prem jira connector is possible now?
From Dimitri's reply it is not supported as of last August.
I get an error now when making connections.
Any link or articles to this is also very welcome.
Thanks
Srikanth
