Large PowerShell synched SPO Liste exceeds threshold enforced by the administrator for a Lookup Column

Hi All

I have a problem with a PowerApps form wich does a lookup on a SPO-Liste which gets synched on a daily basis with a PowerShell script. The SPO list is about 14'000 entries big.

I get the error message: The attempted operation is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold enforced by the administrator.“ .

Does anybody has an idea how to fix this?

All the best and thanks a lot in advance

Sebastian

@steersebastian

You have two options to fix this and they both must be done in Sharepoint.

  • Increase the List View Threshold
  • Create an Indexed Column (recommended approach)

See this article for details on how to do both suggestions.

Hi @mdevaney

Thanks a lot for your reply. Unfortunately it did not solve my problem. But I still could not figure out why.

Do you have any other ideas?

All the best
