Last Item in Gallery Duplicates

I have created a SharePoint which is the data source for my gallery in my application.

However, I want only one row to be displayed as a time so I have edited that to be so.
The issue is, I have 3 elements in my Sharepoint, but in the gallery, it allows viewing of a 4th item(which is just item 3 again, but it also does this weird jumping of UI spacing)

How do I stop it from adding the duplicate item?

Going to leave this up because I realised I was just being dumb.

The transition was exactly1
The spacing was just under 1.
The last transition was going to the last item again but jumping slightly more.

Can you show a screenshot of the Gallery. Is it about deleting one of the labels inside the Gallery.
