Launch Powerapps from Sharepoint and continues editing a record

Hi

I have an idea that I want to put a simple box in a sharepoint page that is a powerapp but when someone puts in text and hits the continue button I want to open another page with the powerapp in full screen and have their started text carried over to the next page.

Here is the context - an ideas portal, start typing your idea in a powerapps widget, hit continue and you are taken into PowerApps to a full edit screen to continue submiting and tagging your idea. I dont want the full edit page in the sharepoint just a simple form and when I hit continue, it submits the form, does a Launch to https://powerappsURL and then pulls up the record it just saved via a URL parameter.

Has anyone tried this before and made it work?
