Launch with SubmitForm

Hi there,

I made a button to save the data into SharePoint and use Launch to open a new documentset (URL). I use required fields, the problems is. The PowerApp gives the warnings but the launch will open the site in a new tab.

Is it possible to only open a new documentset (URL) when all the fields are filled in?

Re: Launch with SubmitForm

Hi @Anonymous

In PowerApps every Form control ha san OnSuccess property

OnSuccess only fires when data is posted successfully to data source

Hence it is the best place to put the Launch action

OnSuccess - Launch (your url)

@Anonymous

After your form is submitted use the IF function to check whether there were any errors on the form.

SubmitForm(your_form_name);
If(IsBlank(your_form_name.Error),Launch(your_URL_here))
