Hi,
I have the following issue:
The user can use the app on his desktop and on his phone (IOS, Safari), but can't use it on PowerApps App on IOS. The error message shows as on the screen.
It is worth mentioning that I made a dummy app with just one screen for him and it opened as it should. Only this particular app, in this particular way (PowerApps App), can't be opened by him.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to solve the problem?
Use the menu in the Power App app on IOS to make sure the user is logged in as the right user in the app. If they have access to multiple accounts or tenants they may not be logged in with a user who has a Power apps license.
Thank you for your reply. We are 100% sure the user uses the correct account (he has only one account) and we checked it 3 times anyway.
Did you find a solution for this?
We are having similar issues with new iPads. No issues with this app previously on older iPads.
I suspect poor internet connection/PowerApps lag/PowerApps-side problems unsolvable by us
@pal95
Hmmm, ok. So, are you still having issues or has this gone away?
We are about to investigate on our end but if you think it’s intermittent connectivity then I can save myself some time and headaches 🙂
It didn't happen to us for quite a long time to be honest, hard to say
