Hi everyone, I've had a search on previously asked questions around Licensing but nothing that seemed to match my (rather basic) requirement.
I'm running a single flow: monitor a shared mailbox and create a sharepoint list item when an email is received. I'll have multiple users on my sharepoint handling that list.
The flow licenses are x number of flows per month per user.
I'm assuming that because I am creating/monitoring the Flow, I'm the user in this context, so I only need my Flow license?
Thanks:)
Solved! Go to Solution.
Since a user isn't triggering the Flow and it is just being triggered by new mail in the shared mailbox then you just need a license for the user who is the owner of the Flow and is connecting to the shared mailbox and SharePoint list.
