Licensing query PowerApps/Flow

Hello,

I'm trying to find out a bit more about Plan1/2 licensing. We have Office 365 licensing mix of E3 and E5 licenses already. I can see some useful features in getting P2 licenses for Flow/PowerApps.

What I would like to know is, say for example just a few of our Developers purchase P2 licenses, if we create flows/powerapps using these new features for our end users, does it follow that our users will also need P2 licenses in order to run those apps/flows?

Thanks for any advice

Re: Licensing query PowerApps/Flow

Hi @Ric835 ,

You could compare the detailed differences between PowerApps Plan1 and Plan2 here:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

For example, creating or running Model-driven apps requires a PowerApps Plan 2 license.

Hello,

for canvas apps, if you are using Premium features and Premium connectors, both the app creator and the app user need to have the premium license.

Kind Regards,
