I have an approval flow in Power Automate, but when is send a notification letters, link does not open. Seems to be it cuts some digits at the end.
Please help to resolve it

Which link could not open the list item, the one in Email?
I made a test within a quite simple flow:
but the link in the email I received worked fine, although it was long and not complete:
Please check in Power Automate approval center, see if the link could work in that approval's detail pane:
If this link could work, then the link created in Approval action in the flow is with no issue, and I suspect it is the email box caused the problem. I am using Outlook, I tried in desktop and browser clients, both worked fine.
Noticed that you have set link item description, wondering why your link address did not convert to a hyperlink, please save the flow again and check.
