My flow sends emails with a link to item.

Deep Linking is not possible with a target of a customized Power Apps form - it needs to be a stand-alone app (to get the URL to send the link to).

But I have similar flow with customized PowerApps form, where everything works OK

What did I wrong, when put the  Link to the item field into the email body?

Where did you get the Power Apps URL reference to send the link to? It is not available in the SharePoint PowerApps functionality.

I insert Link to item field from Dynamic selection

I am a SharePoint user and do not have access to that.

If you have the URL, it should work on an email link as well.
