Hi all,
I'm trying to create a Flow where when selecting a PowerApps buttons, the "List Rows Present in a Table" action starts, but I'm unable to select the "Table" due to the following api error.
"Could not retrieve values. Error executing the api"
I'm using SharePoint site (which I'm an owner of) as the source but the same issue appears if I change it to my OneDrive for Business account.
The Excel file has a data connection to several SharePoint lists if that helps.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @mccardj
Can you confirm that you are selecting the excel file by clicking the folder icon and then selecting the excel file from the list that appears? If not, please note that currently dynamic mapping of excel files for the excel connector is not supported in flow and that could be areason no tables are showing up as the appropriate excel file is not pointed to.
Can you check if the data in the excel that you are trying to connect to is formatted as a table?
Hope this Helps!

Hi @mccardj ,
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:
Please check if you have formatted the data in your Excel file as a Table already.
There are some known limits within Excel Online (Business) connector, please check the following article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/excelonlinebusiness/#known-issues-and-limitations
Please consider re-create a new connection to the Excel Online (Business) connector within your flow, then try your flow again, check if the issue is fixed.
Also please consider go to the "List Rows Present in a Table" action in your flow, change the value within the Location field from "SharePoint Site - Strategic Pursuits" to "Group - Strategic Pursuits", then try your flow again, check if the issue is solved.
You could also consider provide your Flow Run URL, then we could track where the issue occurs.
Best regards,

Thanks that worked for me!
The issue is because of Sharepoint Site and Excel user access rights issue. So please follow provide necessary access to the user.
1. Select the excel you are trying to use in Flow.
2. Then click on more options> Details> Manage Access and then provide user permissions and Site permission as per your requirement.
"Please check if you have formatted the data in your Excel file as a Table already."
