Load to Common Data Service failed. Details: [([(([Access denied for resource: 'https

Having all kinds of out-of-the-blue problems tonight.

 

I can't even import a table from an Excel file.

 

Can't from an Access database either.

 

Always been able to until tonight.

 

Also getting an error in a formula tonight:

 

ClearCollect(myCollection,AddColumns(Client_Referrals,"ClientIDXO",LookUp([@tblClients], ClientID = Client_Id)))

 

 

"You don't have permission to view this data. Server Response:Access denied for resource etc etc... over the [@tblClients], which is a CDS entity.

Hi @CurtJanus ,

Could you please share more details about the error message within your app?

Do you have enough permission to access the tblClients Entity within CDS of a PowerApps Environment?

Have you been assigned with a proper Security Role of the corresponding Environment which contains the CDS?

Could you access the tblClients Entity before? Does your PowerApps License expire?

 

Based on the error message that, it seems to tell that you do not have View Permission to the tblClients Entity within CDS of a PowerApps Environment.

 

Please check if you have been assigned with proper Security Role of the corresponding PowerApps Environment which contain the CDS (which contains the tblClients Entity).

More details about the predefined security roles in PowerApps environment, please check the following article:

Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in PowerApps again, try your operation again, check if the issue is solved.

 

Also please check if the PowerApps License of your current sign in account has been expired,if true, please purchase another license for your sign in account.

Note: Currently, within PowerApps, if you want to access CDS functionality, you must own PowerApps Plan 1 license. If you are using a PowerApps Plan 2 free trial license for your account, please check if the free trial license has been expired.

 

If you have enough permission to the tblClients Entity within CDS of a PowerApps Environment, but still have issue with accessing the tblClients Entity within a PowerApps app, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:
