I don't know much of anything about the SPOnline webpart but I will attempt to answer your question.

For example:

Dropdown ONE: "1, 2, 3"
Dropdown TWO: "abc, def, ghi"
If i Selected Value 1, return "ABC"
If i Selected Value 2 returr "DEF"
And go on.

It's working perfect on SPOnline, but i want to work on the PowerApps.
Someone can help me how to do?

Mini-Tutorial

Suppose you create the following collection with key-value pairs.  Put this code within the OnSelect property of a button.

ClearCollection(myCollection,{key:1, value:"ABC"},{key:2, value:"DEF"},{key:3, value:"GHI"})

Click the button.

Now create a new ComboBox.  Put the following code into the button properties below

Items: myCollection
DisplayFields: ["value"]
AllowMultipleSelection: False

Finally, create a label.  Put this code in the Text property of the label.

LookUp(myCollection,key=ComboBox1.Selected.key,value)

Now go ahead and set the dropdown to

1

The result shown in the label will be

ABC
