2) How is possible to have my sharepoint column wiht my link PDF in my list of Piece ?

3) How is it possible to manage a PDF in powerapps ?

After these technicals points , i would like know how is it possible to make a filtering system on the columns of my grids

=> Exemple if my piece have a typical metadata (plastic, metal, ...) How is it possible to filter on plastic piece or metal piece ??

Hi @bansay ,

1)Do you want to filter id_Piece based on the selection of Produit list?

I've made a similar test for your reference:

Create two data tables.

Set the first data table's data source: Piece

Set the second data table's data source: Produit list

Set the second data table's Items:

Filter(Produit list,id_Piece in data table1.Selected.id_Piece.Value)

Please note that  "data table1.Selected.id_Piece" will return a table with two columns: Id and Value.

I notice that maybe in your location, you use ";" instead of ",".

So you could try:

Filter(Produit list;id_Piece in data table1.Selected.id_Piece.Value)

2)Could you describe more clearly about what you want? Do  you want to save PDF link in your sharepoint list?

If so , you insert a Hyperlink column in your list.

3)Could you describe more clearly about "manage" PDF?

Do you want to update the content of the PDF?

I'm afraid it's not supported to make this in PowerApps currently.

For now, you could only display PDF in PDF viewer , launch the  website of the PDF, download the PDF file and generate a PDF in PowerApps.

Other functons about PDF have not been supported.

4)In your sharepoint list, you can not filter items.

You could create an app connected with sharepoint list.

Insert several buttons like the image you mentioned.

Set the first button's OnSelect:

Set(var1,"plastic")

Set the second button's OnSelect:

Set(var1,"metal")

Set the gallery's Items :

If(IsBlank(var1),piece,
   var1="plastic",Filter(piece,metadata="plastic"),
   var1="metal",Filter(piece,metadata="metal")
   )
