Lookup Not Working Correctly

I have an app built to where someone can pick an employee name and then see what dates they have been trained - all is working well except for one lookup function. Which all others that have the exact same formula are not doing this - only this one:

Here is the formula:

Text(LookUp(SOURCE, FORMVIEWERCARD = DataCardValue54_3.Text,COLUMN),DateTimeFormat.ShortDate) (Items in CAPITALS have been changed to what they are looking at instead of actual names)

Here is a screen shot - the date on the left has the same formula, just looking at a different column. The date on the right is the problem, it is pulling a time stamp as well?

Things to note:

  • Both columns that these are looking up in a sharepoint list
  • Both columns are set to a "short date" format in excel

@mutatrt

Can you force to format date with “mm/dd/yyyy” to see the result ?

Changed to: Text(LookUp(SOURCE, FORMVIEWERCARD = DataCardValue54_3.Text,COLUMN),DateTimeFormat,"mm/dd/yyyy")

It is still showing the same format.
