Lookup from multi value ComboBox from SharePoint List

Hi,

I have one multi value combobox field which have lets says choices like "Team1" ,"Team2" and "Team3". My requirment is when user selects one or more values from this comobobox selection then on a seperate field it returns all members of selected team.

for expample in the SP list I have,

Team1 - User1@email.com,User2@email.com

Team2 - User3@email.com

Team3 - User4@email.com,user5@email.com

Then return value would be if user selects Team1&Team2 -  User1@email.com,User2@email.com,User3@email.com.

Re: Lookup from multi value ComboBox from SharePoint List

Hi @panand99,

Could you please share a bit more about your SP list?

Do you want to get all members (email address) from your SP list based on the selected values within the Combo box control?

I have created a SP list on my side, the structure of it as below:1.JPG

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:2.JPG

3.JPG

Set the Items property of the Combo box control to following formula:

Distinct('20180712_case4',TeamNumber)

Set the OnChange property of the Combo box control to following formula:

Clear(Collection1);
Clear(EmailCollection);
ForAll(ComboBox1.SelectedItems,Collect(Collection1,Result));
ForAll(Collection1,Collect(EmailCollection,Filter('20180712_case4',TeamNumber=Value).MemberEmail))

Note: The '20180712_case4' represents the SP list data source within my app. The TeamNunber and MemberEmail are both columns in my SP list.

Set the Text property of the Label control to following formula:

Concat(EmailCollection,MemberEmail&", ")

The GIF image as below:Test1.gif

Best regards,

Kris

Re: Lookup from multi value ComboBox from SharePoint List

Hello Kris,

Thanks for your reply.

My SP Team Members list emailaddress is an lookup multi value field which is getting data from other member list.

Here is the scenerio, I have one member list which is having "Person" type field and a Email Address field from which user selects user name and then on email address field is popup with EmailI address of selected users.

On second Team list, I have "TeamName' field which is free text and "AllMembers" field which  is a lookup field with multi value and this fields having email address of all users from list1.

Now, on the third list, which is my request list, I want  to give option to user to select multiple "Teams" from second team list and to display all User Email addresses of selected teams.

I`ve tried your code and it is generating collection with multi values of user email addresses. Now I want to use this in my form. Please advise.
