Lookup - visibility

I am customizing a SharePoint list form and I want to control the visibility of a lookup field based on the setting of a Yes/No toggle

Make the Visible of the Data Card (or Control if you want to keep the structure) - replace with your toggle name

YourToggleName.Value

Set visible property of your lookup field datacard to  <yourTogglename>.value .This will automatically take care of toggling
