MS Lists - Share an Item

Hi, 

Noobie here.  I have created a list in MS List and built a Power App so I can create new List items and complete / edit the old ones.  I would like to add a button to the Power App, so when required, I can share the list item with a team mate.  Is this possible?  If so how would I do it?

If you wish to share the list, your team mate must have access to it and you can email the content of the list to him. 

I am not sure what exactly it is you need but assumes it one of the two scenarios.
