Making changes to records from within gallery

I'm trying to work out if it's possible to patch changes made directly in gallery item the sample gallery looks like this:

what I'm after is when I tick the checkbox and input numbers in the fields I want to save that data in each corresponding row in SharePoint list, is this possible to achieve please?

Thank you @Drrickryp! I was hoping to find a way of saving all the records with one button but I guess I can work with button per row.
