Malfunctioning Button events

Hi....I have designed a form for approval with various text boxes and dropdowns. On select of SUBMIT button I have written various functions like Patching data to 3 lists, fetching data from 2 lists, adding attachment through power automate, patching data to a list on which sent mail workflow is running (using share point designer workflow).

In production, sometimes some functions are not functioning properly so the data is not getting patched in all the lists as per expectation.

PLEASE SUGGEST SOLUTION

Did you try to run the button event with the Monitor opened in production to have additional information ?

Sorry I could not get your point.

App is deployed in production and users are accessing it through app's url in browser or in mobile/tab through installing 'Power App'

It is very difficult to suggest anything with the description you have given
In production, sometimes some functions are not functioning properly so the data is not getting patched in all the lists as per expectation.

We are users like you and need some specific details as to what does not function (supply code) and when this seems to happen.
