Managed Solutions - App and Flow can still be edited?

Hi, I am confused. I had thought that one benefit of using managed solutions in our production environment would be to prevent editing of the Flows / Apps in the solution. But now I see that the app for the solution shows up on https://make.powerapps.com/ and that I can edit it and save changes. Same is true with the Flow - I see it in My Flows and can make and save changes.

Yet on the solution page, "edit" is greyed out.

Is this expected behavior? It leaves me wondering about the use case for managed solutions - I guess no one can change the environment variables, or add new items, but I had really thought it was going to lock down the App and the Flow, especially when Edit is disabled on the solution page.
