Managing Requests for IT Service Catalogue

I'm currently developing an ITSM solution in PowerApps (Model-Driven) and things are going well. The next phase we'll be looking at requests and I'm not really sure how to approach this. Initially my thought was 'this is so simple.... business process flows!' but I just found out about the limit of 10 per table, and we have almost 100 separate request types!


  • Leaver requests (removing accounts)
  • New starters (creating accounts, access and applying licenses)
  • Shared drive access
  • Ordering Software

The list goes on....

Our current system creates a request which is essentially a wrapper for the process steps (tasks), these can run in parallel, or sequence. Processes can be fairly complex, with tasks being managed by multiple teams at any given time.
