Meeting Room Display Template

Hi all,

I would like to set up a tablet outside each meeting rooms that displays information like this image.
Has anyone solved this before and would like to share a template with me or tips on how to make this?

*One thing, meeting room calendar is located in an external company that is integrated with our system.
