Microsoft PowerApps enterprise version

Content migrated from TechNet.  Post attribution to:  Amit Lohogaonkar sharepointer

Is this Microsoft PowerApps enterprise version needed per user who is using that app or just to create an app.

Can we share these apps with external users who can then access the app?

Hi,

Just cleaning up old unanswered topics,

The Power Apps enterprise (premium) licensing is required whenever a premium connector or functionality is used within an App, and it is then required for every user that accesses that App. You can alternatively get a Per-App license and assign passes to users who will then be able to access up to two premium Apps.

External sharing is possible via sharing with users who have been added as guests on your Azure AD tenant, or you can open the App up externally by signing up for a Power Apps portal, although this requires a separate license per month and is also charged on consumption.

Cheers,

Sancho
